Dilini’s academic background plays a pivotal role in her teaching philosophy. Holding both bachelor’s and master’s degrees, her master’s research focused on how piano music enhances young children’s speaking skills, deepening her understanding of the connection between music and early development.
She has also received international teacher training through Melbourne’s Teacher Training Academy. These experiences refined her approach to teaching, enabling her to design integrated lessons that extend beyond technical skills to foster brain development and enhance abilities in mathematics, social interaction, and critical thinking.
A proponent of technology in music education, Dilini has adopted advanced tools like multiple cameras and music software to deliver engaging and high-quality online lessons. Her global platform connects students from over eight countries, allowing her to inspire learners worldwide.
In 2022, she relocated to Sweden and expanded Harmony Music Studio, continuing her mission to create a space where music is more than a skill—it’s a transformative journey of growth, creativity, and connection.
At Harmony Music Studio, Dilini is committed to designing lessons that inspire, challenge, and nurture each student’s unique potential. She looks forward to welcoming new students into the studio family and guiding them on their musical journey.
